On June 2, 2021, Candace Owens wrote, “Firing Fauci does not go far enough. Anthony Fauci needs to be tried and put into federal prison. He ruined millions of lives via depression, bankruptcy, suicide, and preyed on children via school. He and many others have taken part in the crime of the century. We all knew it.”
Power-crazed globalists, small-fish politicians and government hacks perpetrated a great evil on the world using the Covid Hoax. Like exposed cockroaches they are scurrying into cover? Will the world’s citizens seek justice by exposing, shaming and prosecuting the culprits? Will moral standard-bearers rise for everyman?
Tweets and emails are being deleted. Vital statistics are withheld or changed to protect the villains. They blame-shift to escape responsibility.
Can Covid suicides, overdoses, and ventilator-malpractice along with nursing home deaths be added to a special statistics category? Could it be called ‘medical manslaughter?’ Let’s meet some victims.
How about outstanding Stockton student athlete Jo’Vianni Smith, 15? She hung herself in April 2020 at home while struggling with Covid stay-at-home orders. A coach at Jo’Vianni’s Bear Creek High School said “the cause of death reportedly was due to the stresses and pressures from coping with the self-isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.”
The Lodi Unified School District’s statement read, “We were deeply saddened to learn of Jo’Vianni Smith’s passing. Jo’Vianni was well loved by the Bear Creek High community.”
“She participated in band, played basketball and softball, and was known for her joyful spirit on campus. She will be dearly missed by those who knew her.”
Also in April, Hayden Hunstable, 12, of Aledo, Texas, hung himself at home. He felt isolated and lonely due to the “epidemic’s” lockdowns, said the boy's father, Brad, 42. He was discovered in his bedroom by his 8-year-old sister.
"I had no idea he was struggling or depressed. He was such a happy kid and loved his friends and family," his dad said. "But Covid is a perfect storm for suicide and depression. I think everything just got on top of him. He felt overwhelmed and he made a tragic decision."
Brad Hunstable said that his son was active in the community and loved school and seeing his friends. But the isolation from classmates coupled with his dislike for virtual learning could have resulted in Hayden feeling depressed.
In early January 2021, Dylan Buckner, 18, died after falling from a hotel balcony in Deerfield, Illinois. He was the starting quarterback and captain of his Glenbrook High School football team.
Dylan was a senior with a promising future. He had a 4.7 grade point average and 14 offers to play football at Division III schools. His first choice was MIT.
However, the isolation and damning of his dreams spiked recent feelings of depression. The places where he once thrived were closed due to the coronavirus pandemic: classrooms where he excelled in honors and Advanced Placement courses; the football field, where he was a team captain; and clubs, or the school newspaper, where he was sports editor.
Suicide is not a desire to die. It is a way to stop the emotional pain. Students’ homes became like being in the hole in prison. Lockdown is an incarceration term. Kids lack the coping mechanisms of adults to be in custody.
Since the start of the pandemic, shelter-in-place orders and school closures have emotionally crippled hundreds of thousands of students. In May 2020, California doctors had seen many more deaths from suicide than from the virus. Then in June, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control found that more than one quarter of young adults contemplated ending their life. In January 2021, Las Vegas schools decided to reopen as "quickly as possible" after a rash of student suicides. This is shocking in itself since schools are rarely child-oriented.
