The current impasse on opening our counties by throwing-off nonsensical Covid restrictions has nothing to do with health and everything to do with the lack of political will. Supervisors and councilmembers blame their inaction on the complexity of government.
Health Officer Phuong Luu, Yuba-Sutter’s Nurse Ratched, has become ruler of the counties, taking orders directly from a Governor acting as dictator. When local leaders don’t lead that void is filled by something or someone.
Supervisors and councilmembers are looking more complicit daily and may be held personally liable. They have tremendous authority and the Sheriff can tell both state and federal authorities to stand-down.
Local leaders bought into the Big Hoax that this normal illness would destroy the nation. They embraced the lie that a mask would stop a virus while not obstructing proper breathing. They promoted 6-foot socialist distancing used as a means to torment POWs and was never proven to prevent the spread of disease. They yielded to violating healthy people’s Constitutional rights by holding them hostage in their homes.
Our leaders are a part of the plan to destroy our community and kill people, they are ignorant, or they know it’s wrong and have no courage to stop it. Did you realize that Yuba-Sutter clinics and private medical practices are forbidden to treat Covid patients that are experiencing symptoms? Patients are sent away with no medication. If the symptoms increase then they go to the hospital ICU. This is contrary to Texas and other states where doctors treat Covid patients pre-emptively in their offices and stop the ailment immediately.
Does this feel like malpractice? Did you know that nearly half of Covid deaths occurred in nursing homes? And, that once diagnosed, elderly patients were returned there to infect others and die? Did you know that doctors in California were blocked from ordering hydroxychloroquine for patients?
This is a political agenda to take a common ailment and create a national disaster to cripple the nation. It is a hoax and our local leaders are participating.
Though Nurse Ratched is not revealing the numbers of deaths by suicide and overdose along with the relapses and increased bouts of depression, it is a national tragedy and disgrace. While well-paid themselves politicians have told thousands here that they cannot work, officials closed AA/NA Recovery meetings, made it nearly impossible to access county health insurance and therefore medical care and drug / alcohol rehabs.
Supervisors, city council people and Nurse Ratched may be thinking that as government officials they are personally exempt from lawsuits and liability from the declared Covid ‘emergency.’ Not so fast. They may be held accountable for the suffering and deaths of those noted above due to malfeasance in government in a non-emergency hoax.
The Nuremberg Trials held that German officers were liable for their part in killing millions of innocent people during World War II for crimes against humanity. Officers said they were just doing their job, but they were found liable and punished.
Lawsuits have been filed and more are coming. Supervisors may have violated 18 U.S. Code § 1038 - False Information and Hoaxes. “Whoever engages in any conduct with intent to convey false or misleading information under circumstances where such information may reasonably be believed and where such information indicates that an activity has taken, is taking, or will take place that would constitute a violation….”
Politicians may also have violated 18 U.S. Code § 1040 - Fraud in connection with major disaster or emergency benefits. This involves perpetrating or complying with a hoax to gain disaster benefits. Codes also address how the gained funds are used.
California Health & Safety Code § 101080 says that “whenever a local health emergency is declared by a local health officer, the local health emergency shall not remain in effect for a period in excess of seven days unless it has been ratified by the board of supervisors, or city council, whichever is applicable to the jurisdiction. And they shall proclaim the termination of the local health emergency at the earliest possible date that conditions warrant the termination.”
Politicians are also forbidden from calling for a local emergency when there isn’t one (Gov. Code §§ 8630—8634 - California). If the emergency cannot be proven and justified in court along with the extreme response, local officials may be in serious trouble.
Politicians are not above the law. Twelve former California officials have been incarcerated in the last year for misbehavior in office along with the former Sheriff of Los Angeles County Lee Baca.
